The tour is open to any type of homebuyer.  In order to attend, you must be pre-qualified by the Maret Team at Wells Fargo Bank (480) 421-5325.  We don't want to waste your time showing you homes where the numbers don't work for you. 

After you've been qualified, we'll share with you the location where you'll meet our van.  We'll then take you to as many homes as we can in a three hour period.  We'll spend just 15 minutes at each property.  When you find the perfect buy, you'll let us know and then after the tour, we'll work with you to take the next step.

NO OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE TOUR BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO WASTE THE TIME OF OTHERS ON THE TOUR.
